Right of Confidentiality

No information or document referring to a student's academic or personal life (such as the student's address, report card, or transcript of record) is released to anybody outside DEREE without the written permission of the student, subject to legal requirements. Should students, ex-students, or graduates want information from their personal files to be released to persons outside DEREE, such requests must be made in writing and include the student's signature.
